Self-Care and Calmness With Mandala
The Mandala represents the cosmos symbolically. Mandalas offer balancing visual elements, symbolizing unity and harmony. The mandala's purpose is to help transform ordinary minds into enlightened ones and to assist with healing. Drawing Mandalas as a form of Art Therapy can reduce anxiety, stimulate creativity and is a way to release emotional blockages.

Requirements: Plain white or coloured Papers, Pencil, Colour pencils or felt pens, ruler, 3-5 round bowls or lids
